4. Refunds

We sell digital products, AI tools (CAINs), downloadable files, and instant-access trainings. Because all items are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

However, if you experience:

A download problem

A duplicate charge

A technical issue accessing your CAIN

Or you believe an error has occurred

Please contact us within 7 days and we will review the situation.
If an issue is caused on our end and cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

Misunderstanding what CAINs or digital products are

Inability to use external AI platforms
